 US Orders
FedEx Smartpost: $7.99
Your package is picked up from the RBC Distribution Center by FedEx and delivered to a USPS Distribution Center near you. Your package is routed through the USPS system to your local post office and delivered to you by your mail carrier. This method takes 5-10 business days. Maximum delivery time of 2 weeks. You do not have to sign for your package.
FedEx Home Delivery: $10.99
Your package is picked up from the RBC Distribution Center and delivered to your doorstep by FedEx. This method takes 3-5 business days. Maximum delivery time of 1 week. You do not have to sign for your package.
FedEx 2nd Day: Weight and Distance
Your package is picked up from the RBC Distribution Center and delivered to your doorstep by FedEx. This method takes 2 business days. Maximum delivery time of 2 days. You must sign for your package.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Weight and Distance
Your package is picked up from the RBC Distribution Center and delivered to your doorstep by FedEx. This method takes 1 business day. Maximum delivery time of 1 day. You must sign for your package.
US orders are shipped from Royal BodyCare's Dallas, Texas office.
 Canadian orders
Standard 5-7 Business Day: $6.99.
Items are shipped from Royal BodyCare's Burnaby, BC office.
 International orders
Items shipped via the US Postal Service takes approximately 4 weeks and averages approximately $35. Please select "Outside US or Canada: avg $35" in check-out process. If shipping will be significantly more than this, we will notify you via email before completing the order. If shipping will be less than this, you will be charged the lesser amount.

Mail Ordering- Street Address:
This is the preferred method of ordering for customers paying with Cashier's Check or Money Order. Make checks payable to: "Royal BodyCare, Inc." and mail to address listed on Fax & Mail Order Form.
Unfortunately, Royal BodyCare no longer accepts personal checks.

Refunds and Returns Policy:
If a customer is not satisfied with any RBC product, for any reason, he or she may return that product within 60 days of the purchase date for a replacement, an exchange or a full refund on the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
